IITV, Manifold for Electro-Pneumatic Regulator with PROFINET

Series ITV is an electro-pneumatic regulator that controls air pressure with an electric signal.  This configuration mounts up to 8 regulators on an aluminum manifold, for consolidation of space and air supply.  The port size and thread type of the manifold can be selected.  The regulators include PROFINET communication, designed and built in SMC's North American headquarters.  The physical design is CE and UL certified.  The network interface is certified for PROFINET version 2.35, Conformance Class C, Netload Class III.  I&M data and Fast Startup are also supported.  The physical desisgn includes an integrated 2-port switch, and a DIP switch to set the default device name.  If the installation requires more than one regulator, the ITV's can be daisy chained.  Power over Ethernet is available for up to 5 units.  The integrated web server displays pressure settings and feeback in engineering units.  Gain and sensitivity can also be adjusted.  Expanded fault diagnostics and alarms enable quicker troubleshooting for reduced downtime.  In the event of a lost connection, the regulator holds the set point pressure to maintain the machine's operation.
