IZSW10, Dust and Water Resistant Bar Ionizer, IP66

The IZSW is a bar ionizer designed to neutralize static electricity on machines washed with water. While no ionizer operates during washing, the design gives IP66 protection during washing and splash in between production runs without pooling on the body. The metal power cable connector and air purge fittings resist corrosion, seals prevent the ingress of moisture, and a low pressure air purge during washing insures no water enters the flow path around the emitters. The ionizer can effectively neutralize static close to the target without air, or at a distance with supplied compressed air. A simple user interface includes three settings buttons and three LEDs visible from two directions to report status and alarms. Cartridges offer three flow rate options or airless, and can easily be replaced to maintain performance and extend the ionizer's useful life. The new cartridge design extends maintenance intervals while improving static discharge time by up to 14%.
