KN Air Nozzles
With the release of the KN series nozzles and gauge heads 30~90% of air consumption required for the current nozzle operation can be saved with the appropriate selection of the new nozzle and sizing. Many variations of nozzle are available with tube materials including nylon, soft nylon, soft copper pipe and OST tubing. Sizes range from 4mm-20mm.
KN, Male Thread Air Nozzle
The basic male thread KN series air nozzle is available in a range orifice sizes for installation in Rc 1/8 through 1 ports. These are available in both fixed and pivoting nozzle designs.
KN, Air Nozzle for One-touch Fitting
KN and KNA(G) series air nozzles for One-touch fittings are easily installed in push-to-connect fittings. The KNA(G) series is OSHA compliant for deadhead pressure for installation in locations where operator contact is a possibility.
KNH, High Efficiency Air Nozzle
The KNH series high efficiency air nozzle is able to provide improved thrust while drawing in ambient air for improved impact. Additionally, the OSHA compliant design restricts dead-head pressure to less than 30 psi for safety.
KNS, Low Noise Air Nozzle
KNS series air nozzles are designed for reduced noise operation while still providing effective impact.
KNL, Copper Tube Long Air Nozzle
KNL series air nozzles with copper extension tubes enable the user to reach into a part or work cell to dislodge debris.
KN, Insert Fitting Type Air Nozzle
The KN series air nozzle with self align fittings is available in a range orifice sizes for installation on 4mm to 20mm tubing. These are available in both fixed and pivoting nozzle designs.
KNP, Sensing Heads
KNP series sensing heads can be used with manometers to measure the impact pressure on a workpiece from a nozzle.
IN-225, Wide Angle Blow Nozzle
The IN-225 series nozzles are designed to create a wide fan spray of coolant or water. They are ideally suited for rinsing applications.
KNC, Air Nozzle
The KNC model air nozzle incorporates flow rate adjustment to consistently change the impact when blowing. This variation is not due to trigger/valve operation but by setting the flow through the nozzle. These can be used in conjunction with our VMG blow guns.
