Bar Ionizers
Bar Ionizers use high electric voltage to split air molecules into positively and negatively charged ions using multiple emitter pins that span across a large area. They feature auto-balancing sensors, rapid static neutralization, and power supply options for AC or DC modes. These ionizers provide wide-area coverage of fast-moving rolls of plastic or textiles with neutralizing ions that prevent static buildup on products and machinery. They are used in packaging, plastics, textiles, printing, and semiconductor manufacturing where static can cause large sheets of materials to cling together, jam machines, or attract dust.
Nozzle Ionizers
Nozzle ionizers are compact units that deliver pinpoint static elimination in compact or confined target treatment areas. They connect to a compressed air system to deliver ionized air into tight spaces. They come with right-angle, straight, and shower nozzle attachments for precise air flow direction. They remove static buildup in hard-to-reach areas of precision CNC, injection molding, and medical device assembly machines and prevent small, lightweight parts from sticking to robotic grippers, tooling.
Fan Ionizers
Unlike bar or nozzle types, fan ionizers have a built-in fan to distribute ions without needing a compressed air supply. The fan ionizes ambient air with four electrodes located around the perimeter of the discharge grill. This product features adjustable fan speeds and easy-to-clean emitter needles and is available in a benchtop ionizer blower as well as in wide overhead blowers. The fan can be wired into a 24VDC machine power supply, or use the optional 120V AC adapter. Fan ionizers are sourced by clean rooms, pharma, and tech firms to be used in printed circuit board (PCB) factories, laboratories, and electronics manufacturing facilities. They are ideal for environments that need workstation static neutralization but don't have a compressed air system.
Gun Type Ionizer
Ionized air guns are ergonomic, handheld ionizers that look like a traditional air gun. They're lightweight in order to reduce operator fatigue and include LED illumination to improve visibility. The IZG is used to prevent defects on product surfaces in the automotive, injection molding, optics, and electronics industries by blowing ionized air onto parts just before they are painted, coated, or packaged.
Static Control Sensors
Static control sensors are specialized meters and air flow sensors that detect and measure invisible electrostatic voltage on surfaces. They provide real-time data and can be wired into a PLC to trigger an alarm if static levels get too high. They take the guesswork out of troubleshooting machine jams and damaged products by allowing engineers to locate where static is building up on the line and verify whether the ionizers are working properly.
Fittings & Tubing
Antistatic fittings and tubing are molded from conductive resins and polyurethane and provide a continuous grounding path through the pneumatic system. They keep fast moving substances from causing static buildup on the inside of the tubing; attracting particles, and clogging automated manufacturing equipment. These accessories are used in industries with combustible dust to prevent spark hazards from developing.
Anti-Static Vacuum Suction Cups
Antistatic vacuum suction cups are manufactured from specially formulated conductive rubber and are used on the end of robotic arms for pick-and-place microchip applications. Unlike standard rubber suction cups which generate static electricity as a matter of course, these suction cups allow the electrical charge to safely bleed through the material to a grounded machine frame, protecting the components from damage.
ZVB, Desktop Duster Box
The desktop duster box is an enclosed, benchtop cleaning device that features a built-in ionizer to neutralize static, along with a dust collection and exhaust system. Its operation prevents recontamination of sensitive components by containing and extracting the dust so that it doesn't float into the air and land on another part. It's used in clean rooms and semiconductor and medical device manufacturing.
