Vacuum Filters
Vacuum Filters protect vacuum generators and other vacuum equipment from contaminants and other small particles to maintain trouble-free pick and place operations. The filters are light weight and available in compact and inline types with replacement filter elements.
ZF Series for Vacuum Products
The ZF series vacuum filter has a compact, lightweight design that allows engineers to install the filter directly behind the suction cup. By catching dust, powder, and fibers at the point of entry, they protect expensive vacuum generators. Additionally, these filters feature one-touch quick-disconnect fittings and allow for element replacement without having to dismantle the entire vacuum line.
AFJ-D, Vacuum Filter
The AFJ series is chosen for demanding industrial applications that require heavy-duty filtration, particularly where large airflow volumes or moisture are present. The AFJ series offers specialized models designed to remove both dust and water droplets, a challenge that can clog standard inline filters. These filters feature washable and reusable filter elements, providing long-term cost savings by reducing the dependency on replacement parts while extending the life of the entire vacuum circuit.
