LEY Rod Type Electric Actuator
The LEY rod type electric actuator has a familiar rod cylinder form suitable for push, pull, lift and press applications. The 24VDC motor can be reverse mounted for compact length, or inline mounted for compact height. The LEY series offers a wide variety of actuator mounting options as well, including numerous direct and bracket styles.
LEY*G, High Performance Rod, Absolute Batteryless Encoder
The LEY-G is a high-performance rod actuator that pairs the robust mechanical design of the LEY series with a battery-less absolute encoder for enhanced reliability and efficiency. This high-performance unit is capable of handling higher accelerations and decelerations (up to 10,000 mm/s²) compared to standard models.
LEY*F, High Performance Rod, Incremental Encoder
The LEY-F series uses an incremental encoder for applications where cost-efficiency is a priority and a homing sequence at startup is acceptable. This high-performance rod-type actuator is driven by a 24VDC step motor or servo motor and is designed for high-load and high-speed operations. Its familiar rod-cylinder form factor allows it to be integrated into systems requiring precise linear motion, offering a positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm across various motor mounting configurations.
LE2Y, High Performance Rod for Manifold Controller
The LE2Y series is a high-performance rod-type electric actuator designed for use with the JXD1-M manifold controller. It features a 24VDC high-performance step motor and a battery-less absolute encoder. This model is designed for high-speed and high-acceleration applications, offering a compact footprint and simplified cabling to facilitate the construction of multi-axis systems with significant space savings.
LEY*E Rod, Battery-less Absolute Encoder
This version of the LEY rod actuator integrates a battery-less absolute encoder with a 24VDC step motor to provide reliable position detection without the maintenance requirements of traditional battery-backed systems. The absolute encoder enables the actuator to know its position immediately at startup, eliminating the time-consuming homing process. It's suitable for a variety of industrial tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and pressing, supporting horizontal workloads up to 90 kg and vertical loads up to 53 kg
LEY Rod, Incremental Encoder
The standard LEY series rod-type actuator with an incremental encoder provides a versatile and cost-effective solution for linear motion tasks such as lifting and pressing. Available in multiple body sizes, it offers flexible motor mounting options, including top-mounted or in-line, to fit within tight machine envelopes. It provides high precision with ±0.02 mm repeatability and is compatible with both step motors and servo motors to meet varying speed and force requirements.
LEY-X8 Rod, IP67 Dust/Waterjet Proof, Battery-less Absolute Encoder
The LEY-X8 series is engineered for harsh industrial environments, featuring an IP67-rated enclosure that is dust-tight and resistant to powerful water jets. It's ideal for wash-down applications or areas with high moisture and debris, providing the same high-performance linear motion as the standard LEY series with enhanced protection.
25A-LEY Rod, Secondary Battery, Incremental Encoder
The 25A-LEY series is a specialized electric actuator designed for the manufacturing of secondary batteries, such as those used in electric vehicles. It's constructed without copper or zinc materials to prevent contamination in cleanroom environments and uses a low dew point grease that remains functional down to -70°C. It incorporates stainless steel hardware and specialized bearings to meet the strict material requirements of battery production lines.
