EX600 - Modular Platform
The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. The EX600 offers excellent flexibility including digital input, digital output and analog input unit options. With the use of D-sub output blocks, a maximum of 9 remote D-sub manifolds can be attached to one EX600 communication module. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the new SY series valves. Available protocols include PROFIBUS-DP®, DeviceNet™, CC-Link, Ethernet I/P™ and EtherCAT®, PROFINET, POWERLINK and CC-Link IE Field™
EX600, SI Unit

EX600, Input/Output Unit
The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. Up to 1024 (512/512 I/O blocks) and 7 valve manifolds can be connected. The EX600 can be configured as a centralized or a de-centralized I/O system, or a combination of both. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000 and S0700 valves. Available protocols include Profibus-DP, DeviceNet™, CC-Link, and EtherNet/IP™.
EX600-T Terminal Unit
The EX600-T Terminal Unit is a high-performance IO-Link compatible input device within SMC’s EX600 Series Fieldbus System. Designed for use in flexible and scalable factory automation environments, the 600-T enables seamless integration of up to 32 discrete input signals using M12 or M8 connectors. Ideal for connecting to IO-Link master units, it delivers robust IP67-rated protection for demanding industrial conditions and supports advanced diagnostics and remote parameterization to reduce downtime and simplify maintenance.
EX600, IO-Link Module
The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. EX600, CIP Safety
EX600 CIP Safety units with up to 128 outputs and 16 safety inputs. It works on a variety of manifolds including SY, JSY, VQC, and IITV23. The protocol utilized is CIP Safety (Ethernet/IP) which works with IEC61508/62061 and ISO 13849-1.
EX600-W, SI Unit, Wireless
The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. Up to 1024 (512/512 I/O blocks) and 7 valve manifolds can be connected. The EX600 can be configured as a centralized or a de-centralized I/O system, or a combination of both. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the SY Series valves. Available protocols include Profibus-DP, DeviceNet™, CC-Link, EtherCat and EtherNet/IP™. The EX600 wireless cannot be used in countries where wireless is not supported. Refer to the catalog for details of countries where wireless is supported.
EX600, Handheld Terminal
