The 1*-CXS Clean Room Series is a dual piston actuator with non-rotating accuracy ± 0.1° enhanced with fluorine grease making it clean room ready. Expelling contaminants outside a clean room can be done by: (11-) vacuum relief or (10- or 12-) exhaust relief. The 2*-CXS Copper, Fluorine, Silicone-free Series is a dual piston actuator with non-rotating accuracy ± 0.1° enhanced with lithium soap based grease making it clean room ready. Expelling contaminants outside a clean room can either be done by: (21-) exhaust relief or (22-) vacuum relief. The clean CXSL high precision ball bushing bearing type allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance. The clean CXSM slide bearing type provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts.
