  • Inspect packaging and verify model and accessories
  • Position the unit in the designated test area

Test

Use the chiller in your facility for up to 45 days

  • Connect process lines, power, and controls
  • Run the chiller under normal operating conditions
  • Monitor temperature stability, flow, alarms, and overall performance

Evaluate

SMC partners with you to evaluate performance data and answer questions.

  • Share observations, logs, and process outcomes
  • Troubleshoot or optimize settings with SMC support
  • Validate that the chiller meets all operational expectations
