Actuators for Manifold Controller
LE2 actuators are a family of electric actuators featuring 24VDC high performance motors with batteryless absolute encoders designed to function with the JXD1-M manifold controller. This controller includes a fieldbus gateway, up to eight 1- or 2-axis drivers, and a terminal unit arranged in a manifold configuration. Up to 16 LE2 electric actuator axes can be connected. The system is shorter and narrower, yielding significant space savings compared to a similar number of JXC axes. All connections for setting, actuators and power are on the front of the system for easy access. The system recognizes and displays the part number of a connected actuator, eliminating the need to specify the actuator when ordering. The JXD1-M manifold controller can detect the actuator type, size and stroke when connected. The controller and cables are ordered separately, simplifying part numbers.
LE2FS, High Performance Slider, Ball Screw Drive, for Manifold Controller
The LE2FS is a ball screw-driven slider that offers high precision and repeatability (±0.015mm) for positioning tasks. It supports substantial workloads — up to 80kg horizontally and 40kg vertically — across strokes ranging from 50mm to 1200mm. This model is distinguished by its ability to provide a range of pushing forces and its automated detection by the JXD1-M controller, which simplifies setup by identifying the actuator type and size upon connection to the unit.
LE2FB, High Performance Slider, Belt Drive, for Manifold Controller
The LE2FB is a belt-driven slider actuator designed for high-speed linear motion over long strokes, reaching up to 2000mm. By utilizing a high-performance motor and a battery-less absolute encoder, it maintains positional awareness even after power loss, eliminating the need for a return-to-origin sequence after restarting. It is optimized for lower power consumption compared to standard models while supporting horizontal workloads up to 65kg.
LE2Y, High Performance Rod for Manifold Controller
The LE2Y is a rod-style actuator that mimics the function of a pneumatic cylinder but with the precision of electric control. It’s capable of handling horizontal workloads up to 100kg and vertical workloads up to 46kg. The "H" type motor used in this series offers improved power efficiency and higher speeds (up to 900mm/s) compared to the standard LEY series, while the absolute encoder removes the requirement for external sensors for homing.
LE2YG, High Performance Guide Rod for Manifold Controller
The LE2YG enhances the standard rod actuator by adding a bolt-on bearing block and double guide rods to prevent rotation and to support lateral loads. Users can choose between sliding bearings or ball bushing bearings depending on the application's friction and load requirements. This configuration is ideal for pick and place or pushing applications where the rod is subject to side-loading that a standard rod actuator could not handle alone.
LE2R Rotary Table, for Manifold Controller
The LE2R is an electric rotary table that provides precise angular positioning and high torque in a compact form factor. It features a hollow shaft design to facilitate the routing of cables and air lines, and it is available in various sizes to accommodate different moment of inertia requirements.
LE2S High Performance Slide Table for Manifold Controller
The LE2S slide table integrates a motor, ball screw, and linear guide into a compact, lightweight body featuring a formed sheet metal table. This design allows for a lower mounting height and a lighter overall weight compared to the high-rigidity version, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It supports vertical workloads up to 5kg and provides higher pushing forces and speeds than previous generations.
LE2SH High Performance, High Rigidity Slide Table for Manifold Controller
The LE2SH is the high-rigidity counterpart to the LE2S, featuring a more robust construction for applications requiring greater stability and resistance to moments. While it shares the same high-performance 24VDC motor and battery-less encoder technology, its body is designed for increased stiffness during precision movements. It is capable of a maximum pushing force of 189N and maintains a positioning repeatability of ±0.05mm.
