LEBQ-X1 Electric Stopper Cylinder, Controller Type

The LEBQ-X1 is an electrically powered stopper cylinder for managing package movement on a conveyor. The LEBQ-X1 motor requires a controller for operation, either JXC (step data) or LECPA (pulse input) series.  The rod is extended and retracted by a slide screw with cam mechanism.  Several rod end options are available. This is the small to intermediate stopper in the LEB family, for stopping transferred objects weighing up to 130 kg / 286 lb.  The LEBQ-X1 is interchangeable with SMC's RSQ pneumatic stoppers, for conveying systems converting to electric from compressed air.

  • Rod end options: Chamfered rod, rod with roller, roller lever with built-in shock absorber
  • Rod Travel: Slide screw with cam
  • Motor: 24 VDC step motor
