Rack Mounted Thermoelectric Chiller

The video begins with a 3D CAD rendering of a standard 19-inch instrument rack. The HECR rack mounted chiller series unit smoothly slides into the rack slots and is secured with mounting bolts.

Space-saving design. Mountable in a standard 19-inch rack.

Traditional industrial chillers require designated desktop or floor space. The HECR series is engineered specifically for integration into centralized test benches or machinery server racks, allowing for stacking with related devices to maximize workspace mobility and footprint efficiency.

Refrigerant-Free Peltier Technology

Inside the unit, you see a cross-section of the fluid circuit passing through a thermoelectric (Peltier) device instead of a traditional compressor, and heat transferring seamlessly away from the fluid channel. By replacing the compressor with a solid-state Peltier element, the HECR avoids the vibration, noise, and environmental regulatory constraints of traditional chemical refrigerants.

Ultra-High Precision Performance

A temperature reading line is shown settling flat precisely along a target baseline. Because it changes electrical polarity to switch instantly between heating and cooling mode, the thermoelectric design eliminates the temperature overshoot common in traditional cycling compressors, achieving extreme temperature control and consistency.

Self-Contained, All-in-One Configuration

The internal assembly components include the integrated fluid pump, fluid storage tank, and electrical power supply block. The self-contained package comes with the Peltier element, pump, tank, and power supply. Despite its ultra-compact form factor, it is entirely self-sufficient, requiring no extra peripheral components to function.

Selection Options & Global Compatibility

The front interface panel of the rack mounted chiller has digital keypad control and dual cooling configurations. Users can select between air-cooled (built-in fans rejecting heat into the room) or water-cooled options (connected to a facility's cooling water loop). The universal voltage input ensures it operates globally without regional transformers.
