Solenoid valve is designed for special applications like air, gas, steam, water and oil.  The VXK includes a Y type strainer installed inside the body to remove foreign materials mixed in fluids  before they enter the actuating part of the valve (armature), as well as preventing the flow of foreign materials to downstream equipment.  The VXH is high pressure capable of a maximum operating pressure is 2.0  MPa.

LSP series is a compact solenoid diaphragm pump for liquid. It dispenses fixed amount of liquid from 5uL to 200uL each time it is energized. Its diaphragm movement is supported by buffer, extending life of the product and improve its repeatability (+/- 1%) by restricting deformation of the diaphragm. LSP is used in applications such as medical analyzer, ink jet printing or semiconductor/solar cell production.

The VDW series is a compact direct operated 2/3 port solenoid valve for air, water and medium vacuum. Available body materials include resin, brass or stainless steel. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is suitable for applications that requires a small footprint and flow of less than Cv of 0.30.

Clean regulator series SRH is a contamination controlled stainless steel regulator designed to minimize residual fluid. Design includes an intake/exhaust port in the diaphragm compartment, which facilitates flow. SRH has outstanding corrosion resistance. All metal parts in contact with fluid use stainless steel SUS316.

The HEF compact chiller use a Peltier thermoelectric device, rather than a refrigeration circuit, to extract heat from the cooling loop. This 220W capacity chiller has a next-generation design with a footprint 80% smaller than the HEC-A chiller with similar capacity. Volume is 87% less, and weight is 75% lighter as well. With its compact size and 37~60 dBA low-noise operation, its presence is non-intrusive and compatible in any lab space. The chiller is self-contained with Peltier regulation, fan cooled heat exchanger, pump, coolant tank and power supply. The dustproof filter is replaceable. The user interface includes a 2-line display for settings and operational data. 4 input buttons allow access to set points and data screens.

HRSC medium capacity chillers offer cooling capacities of 1.3~5.9 kW. Coolant and refrigeration circuits are included in a compact package. The refrigeration circuit can be air or water cooled. Air cooled models use a single fan which operates at 68 dB(A) or less. Water cooled models can connect to facility water. Set temperatures are PID controlled, while the system is monitored for multiple alarms. Additional features include a heating function, serial communication, and a range of optional accessories.

The Rack Mount Chillers are a temperature control device mountable in a 19-inch rack. Rack mounting recovers desktop or floor space, permitting stacking of related devices and mobility, depending on the rack style. Recirculating fluid removes heat from the process source. The heat is then removed from the fluid by an air or water-cooled refrigeration circuit. Coolant temperature stability is ±0.1°C within a set temperature range of 10 to 35°C.

The AC-D series of modular F.R.L. brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of air preparation equipment while maintaining the high performance of our other series. The maximum set pressure of the AC-D is 125 psi allowing use in a broad range of applications. Most of the features of the AC-A and -B have been incorporated into the AC-D - transparent bowl guards for full visibility; embedded gauges and pressure switches; reduced maintenance space and simplified element change on AF-D series filters.

Membrane air dryer series IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. IDG/M models combine a mist separator and micro mist separator with a single unit. IDG/V models combine a regulator with the IDG/M model. Options available include one-touch fitting exhaust of purge air. If purged air is not exhausted around membrane air dryer, air is exhausted with tubing away from its dryer.

The Compact Compressor CRP series supplies compressed air in an environment with no air source and can also function as a vacuum pump, generating vacuum without the use of a vacuum ejector. The CRP series is suitable for all industries, particularly collaborative robots, industrial robots, and transport robots such as automated guided vehicles, AGV, and autonomous mobile robots, AMR. The CRP series is an Oil-free reciprocating compressor. A single unit can be used to provide positive or vacuum pressure.

JSY series is a 5-port directional control valve ideal for the robotic arms and end of arm tools. It has compact and lightweight design while improving its flow characteristics. JSY series is available as plug-in and non plug-in types. There are 3 valve body sizes available for JSY series, JSY1000 (6.4mm), JSY3000 (10mm) and JSY5000 (15mm). JSY1000 is the world's smallest width 5 port valve with body width of 6.4mm. JSY plug-in type is compatible with fieldbus and ethernet communication module such as EX600 and EX260.

Series S070 is a super compact direct acting 2/3 port solenoid valve that meets the miniaturization needs of analyzers, medical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. S070 is extremely lightweight (5g for valve single unit type) and operation noise is 38dB(A) or less. It is easy to increase or decrease the number of stations (stacking base). Valve width is 7mm.

Customers looking for a compact, light-weight, high flow valve for piloting process valves or actuator applications, need search no longer. PF2M7 is a digital flow sensor compatible with air, nitrogen, argon or carbon dioxide. PF2M7 refreshes the legacy PFM7 with several enhancements. The thermal sensor is protected in a bypass flow path to reduce contact with moisture and contaminants, avoiding accuracy deterioration and damage. Dimensions and weight have been reduced, especially beneficial when installed on moving tooling. Finally, current consumption has been reduced by 36%. The LCD 4-digit display can be red or green, changing when a set point is reached. Options include cable connector type, a manual flow adjustment valve, and panel or bracket mounts. Push to connect fittings or threaded ports align the fluid supply line in a straight configuration, or from the rear/bottom. Output options include two switch signals, one switch with an analog signal, or IO-Link. PF2M7 is IP40 rated, and meets RoHS and CE standards.

PFCA7 is a flow controller for clean, dry compressed air, N2, Ar, or CO2. The design integrates a flow sensor, valve, and control mechanism for automatic adjustment in response to an analog voltage or current signal. Control is linear and stepless within the rated flow ranges offered. Features include 10 port options, a dot-matrix LCD color display that rotates 90°, raised rubber setting buttons and an M12 cable connector. The main screen will display current flow rate. The sub screens can display the command value, accumulated flow, peak and bottom values, or a user-given line name. IO-Link and analog switch outputs are offered. The controller offers an IP40 rating for dusty environments and meets CE and RoHS certifications.

PSE560 and 564 are remote pressure sensors with an analog V or mA signal output. PSE56* sensors measure pressure of any liquid or gas non-corrosive to 316L stainless steel. 560 is for a standard pneumatic system's pressure range, while the 564 model is for low pressure. An accuracy of ±1% of the full scale rated pressure range is suitable for general purpose applications. Includes a fixed cable with field wired connector option. PSE560 and PSE564 are UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with IP65 enclosure ratings.

High vacuum angle valve series XL provides excellent thermal conductivity results in a uniform temperature for the entire valve body and a marked decrease in the condensation of gases inside the valve. The valve does not contain heavy metals such as Ni (nickel) or Cr (chrome) and a low sputtering yield also helps to minimize heavy metal contamination of semiconductor wafers.

KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The use of a special profile seal allows the KQ2 to be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 1MPa. The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.

Series KQG2 is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight, and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG series.

Series KFG2 fittings can operate with ambient operating fluid temperatures of -65 to 260ºC (swivel elbow type -5 to 150ºC). With their stainless steel 316 construction and unique non-rubber seal insert connection, these grease-free fittings offer high levels of corrosion resistance, and can be used with numerous piping materials including FEP, PFS, soft and regular nylon, polyurethane and polyoelfin. Available in male elbow, male connector, male branch tee, straight union, union tee, bulkhead union, union elbow, swivel elbow and female connector options, the KFG2 fittings can accommodate tube sizes from 4mm to 16mm and 1/8" to 1/2" with port sized thread connections from R1/8 to R1/2 and 1/8NPT to 1/2NPT.

Inch size, fluoropolymer tubing series TIH is available in 4 color variations (translucent, black, red, blue) and 11 size variations. Applicable fittings include high purity fluoropolymer fittings series LQ, and one-touch fittings series KQ2 and KJ. Applicable applications include food, medical care, semiconductor, automobile and general pneumatic piping.

Fluoropolymer tubing series TH is available in 4 color variations (translucent, black, red, blue) and 8 size variations. Applicable fittings include high purity fluoropolymer fittings series LQ, One-touch fittings series KQ2, KJ, miniature fittings series M, MS and insert fittings series KF. Applicable applications include food, medical care, semiconductor, automobile and general pneumatic piping.

The clean tubing series TP consists of a polyolefin tubing (TPH), and a soft poly-olefin tubing (TPS). Both are available in six different colors and available in 20m or 100m bundles.

The SFD series clean air filter utilizes hollow fiber membrane elements to provide 0.01 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency. It is available in both disposable and serviceable types in resin, aluminum construction. It is designed for use with both compressed air and nitrogen.

The NMG Membrane Nitrogen Generator allows point of use generation of nitrogen enriched air simply by providing clean compressed air. No external power is required to generate up to 20 lpm of 99.9% or more nitrogen. This eliminates the cost and labor of replacing gas cylinders. The generators feature modular connectivity with SMC's AC-D series FRL components for simple assembly with pre- and post-filtration to meet application needs.

LPV series is a 2 or 3 port solenoid normally closed or normally open pinch valve for fluid control. It has a fully encased body that is highly resistant to contamination and corrosion. The LPV series pinch valve also comes with a u-shaped tube slot allowing quick and easy tube replacement that doesn't require feeding of the entire tube length. The LPV pinch valve also includes multi-axis mounting points for spash shields to mitigate electrical faults due to any scattering of liquid.

Series AK regulator was designed for general use in a wide variety of applications. The series is available in single or two stage models, with low to high flow capacities. Some AK regulator models offer a tied-diaphragm design. Available options include Hastelloy® internals for corrosion resistance, panel installation, and a variety of pressure gauges in psig/bar or MPa units.

The KT10 and KT12 series are regulators used in gas delivery systems to reduce the pressure to a lower delivery (outlet) pressure. These regulators are available with a self-relieving (venting) option, which vents process gas through the regulator cap directly into the atmosphere, or a non-relieving (non-venting) option, which must be used in combination with hazardous gases.

Series AP is an ultra high purity (UHP) diaphragm valve for gas delivery in semiconductor and other clean industries. The series is available in air operated and manually operated valves with low and high pressures. Available options include Hastelloy® C22, 316L SS secondary remelt, and the choice of normally closed or normally open indicator switch.
